  An engineer, HEC graduate, serial entrepreneur, and experienced investor, Thierry has co-founded and exited several businesses, including WCube, a leading data analytics company sold to Publicis in 2007. An innovation and tech expert, Thierry has lived and worked in San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai, and Brussels. A Business Angel to several tech entrepreneurs, Thierry co-founded Wind alongside Xavier in 2015. Thierry also manages endowment funds to support long-term institutional goals.

  Passions: Kiting, Iron Man, Wingfoil, sailing, racing & flying (French Air Force Reserve)

  An engineer, computer science graduate, serial entrepreneur and experienced investor, at 19 yrs Xavier co- founded his first business, WCube, alongside Thierry. He then moved to Asia where he partnered with US and Asian companies such as Take2 Interactive, Tencent and DeNA. Xavier then became an avid investor and advisor to several startups, working in San Francisco and opening offices in Singapore and Berlin. He co- founded Wind with Thierry in 2015.

  With Masters degrees in management and finance, Perrine began her career as a credit analyst at Bpifrance. She then went on to become a Senior Financial Auditor at Deloitte before joining the finance team at Alexandre Mars’ family office, Mission M. She joined the Wind team as CFO in October 2023.

  Passions: Indoor Cycling, running, travel.

  An engineer, serial entrepreneur, and advisor, Bogdan began his career at Getronics, managing the CMS division. In 2005, he founded PITECH+PLUS, now Concentrix, a global IT services company creating bespoke web services and products for brands worldwide. A member of the AIImpact advisory board, Bogdan joined forces with Wind in 2023 to help them to attract the best dealflow.
